After a labiaplasty, a woman can return to work in 2 to 5 days. While recovering from the labiaplasty, she needs to wear a pad, much like the pad worn by a menstruating woman.

After labiaplasty, a woman can not "show-off" her improved labia for at least 6 weeks. She must wait 6 weeks before enjoying the company of a man in bed.
